Sarsi scamming me 0.001BTC

He took to long to deliver 100m, i requested a refund since I bought from @Zora and he instantly delivered to my costumer.
That being said I requested a refund and he's saying I have to cover a 0.001 BTC Fee which is far over 11.74$

He bought 100m from me for 53 usd and i told him i cant deliver it without confirmation.
(because a lot guys tried this scam way before, i am not telling scammer to this guy but taking precaution)

After 30min, he asked for deliver without confirmation and said "i am more trusted than you". I asked his vouch link and not he is not trusted than me. I am going to first if buyer is trusted than me(you can ask me for my last vouch guys).

He asked for refund and i told him my own country wallet takes 0.001 BTC fee.
Why i need to refund him ? I will deliver his 100m after 1 confirmation(still waiting) and i dont want to cover 0.001 btc refund fee.

Also his words are not polite, why should i help this guy ?





There is 2 option;

I can deliver his 100m after 1 confirmation.
I can refund his 0.00449822 - 0.001 BTC.

Up to his.
There's no reason for me to pay fee while he sent his payment with low fee. His fault.

Edit: Blocked his discord because he is harassing me. I will re-contact him after mod says something.

 

Nevermind i tried to talk to get delivery but he wont deliver. Now i want a refund of 53$ USD btc
