Mod holding GP?

Okay, I'm in no way shape or form meaning any disrespect to the mod holding the gp, I Know he's doing all he can but i need to ask something.

I Was buying RSGP (Not mentioning names). The user did not give me the gp, we argued for a while, got mod involved, etc, now the mod is holding the gp and would give it to me once i cancelled the dispuit. I cancelled it and know paypal are holding the USD. However, the user hasn't enough money to be able to refund me. So I've been told to wait until paypal realises the money. I don't know what to do. I've done everything asked but i have to wait. Any ideas?

 

You could try to call paypal and have them sort it out, then talk to whoever is holding your stuff.

 

Sounds like you filed an unauthorized dispute. That's your fault for making a fraudulent PP dispute. You'll need to wait until they investigate it.

If you made a non-receipt dispute and canceled it normally, it wouldn't be held. Either way, if you call up Paypal yourself they can sort it out for you in minutes.

 

As already been stated, if you're impatient and cannot wait, call up PayPal and have live help to have the situation solved, if not just wait it out.

 

It's really hard to understand your situation. Are you complaining about the mod holding out the RSGP or are you complaining about PayPal lol?
