    not sure about plugins but there are full auto mobile bots out there

    Mobile plugins?
    The only thing that I'm aware of existing right now is bots that use things like BlueStacks, which is an Android emulator and runs on a PC. The issue I guess would be that the mobile client is written in C# and doesn't have an open-source counterpart, meaning nothing like RuneLite for a developer to base a bot client off of.
    That being said, I'm sure there's somebody out there somewhere who's done it before and perhaps has it running now... so best of luck in the search:p
