I don't remember it that well (long time ago) but I'll give a bit of context. I had given away lots of tricks at the time and I was busy doing a trade and guy keeps sending me messages annoying the hell out of me so I decide to troll him. I write all this fake bs and then when I send it to him I instantly cancel it so he complains he didn't get it. If I remember correctly it was a blank file, I just made a blank exe and renamed it haha.

I am quite sure I just made up the IP as well to scare him for laughs. As I said that was four years ago and I've matured quite a bit in that time (nearly 20) and would like another chance.

The ban in the first place was very circumstantial and didn't quite make much sense. Maybe I should have put this in the ban dispute because I don't think I ever bothered to in the first place. I can't be sorry for something when I haven't done anything at all that is just stupid. Look at it with reason...

What is there not to believe? It shows right there in the screenshots I cancelled it. How would I even have gotten his IP address and if so you can't do anything with it...
