Link to banned Sythe account(s): Can't seem to find it...
Why you think they are ban evading: I found an old report about UvdPride, here: http://ww2.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=9927487

E-mail of the current Sythe account and the banned accounts match.

I would need actual proof linking the email address to the banned scammer. As of now, there seems to be several accounts using that email address.
