Minus EXP Lamps

Haven't been playing or keeping up with updates for months. I want to know if Minus EXP Lamps getting added into the game? If they are... I can fix my 2 def on my maxed pure and be freeee/sell my account .

Nah, don't really need the pocket change anyway. I'd rather just keep the account. Worked quite hard on it (was the first account I didn't bot lol) so if I did want to play again I wouldn't have the time to make a new one.

Can things get re-polled?

Very unlikely, and will probs get voted no again unless something big changes.

That's so annoying. The majority of the RS community don't care about PKers/PvP and they just vote no, it doesn't even impact them.
