    MINTS -Whats the story?
    Well this past week and a half I've been hearing a lot about how mint cakes are ruined and have no point now.

    Last week people sold them $5.00+, and on RS Forums I've heard people have put up ridiculous offers such as rares, ect.

    What happened recently that ruined them?

    Jagex nerfed them because they were effectively getting people around the trade limit. They were gotten previously through a mini game, but they were rare. Now they are more common, and are given in batches of 6-8.

    Jagex made an update: "mint cakes are now SLIGHTLY EASIER to obtain". Mints are now twenty times easier to get. Jagex is full of lying a-holes

    its sort of our fault though... jagex is going to nerf anything that is causing rwt just like they did with the wild and free trade =/

    jagex made a new update which is that you got several mints in one time from the gnome minigame people paniced and they got ruined and crashed.
