Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: I have a strong suspicion that this kid has been using another sythe account to evade and trade whilst DNT. Idk if he's created the papswalkingdrown account as soon as he got DNT'd from his open scam report or whoever's handling the report simply forgot to check.
