Minor Macro Ban - Wtf?

I gave my account away before I quit rs a long time ago when free trade was taken away. I got my account back around July and since then I botted 99 prayer, mining, smithing, crafting, herblore, magic. If you wondering how I got them so fast I bought 1b and did the highest things on all.

I looked at my offences for no reason the other day and noticed I had a minor macro ban from may 2011 which was probably my stupid friend. But not from me. So I basically botted up to now and not gotten banned and all that, so the macro ban my friend committed did not flag me as most people state.

But one thing that worries me. It still says appeal pending on the macro ban - and it has been there since may? Is there any chance they will accept the appeal and reset my stats even though I have been playing 4 months and not recieved any additional information on that?

I don't think that appealing an offence will matter as to wether or not they rollback your skills, the rollback, if there was one, happened at the moment the ban was issued (correct me if I'm wrong) and cannot be reversed in most cases so if your concern is focused on the rollback of your recently attained 99 skills, I wouldn't worry about it.

Now if he got a minor botting, he probably used some free bot or high risk activity, if you botted the intelligent way, don't think you should worry about it, but always keep in mind that botting, the right way or not, still has risks, the risk is never = to 0 (also keep in mind that some people have maxed accounts using bots).

Appeals do tend to take forever, and most of the time the answer is an automated one, don't get your hopes up and grats on your recent achievements.
