PM suggestion

1) Let us copy pms with the little "copy" button like we can with normal posts. Right now we just get this error message: Invalid Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator

2) Also, I no longer get popup messages when I get pms for some reason. Did I turn off some setting somewhere by accident, or was this updated silently? Or, if it's not on my end, can we get those notifications back please?

 

No support. Private messages are PRIVATE. Don't see any need/practical use for this.

If you have an issue with a PM, it can be reported in the top right corner of the message with the exclamation point.

 

support. if i were to pm somebody a graphics image its be easier than quoting and removing the quote tags

 

Holy fuck, there's a copy button on Sythe.

I see no reason not to, honestly. Shouldn't be a tough change and could be helpful for compiling scam reports.

You could argue the same thing about threads, even if they're being locked/archived, no? I mostly just wanted to know why the button was showing up on the pm page if it's a dead link. I guess we can always hit forward/reply and copy there.

 

I think the purpose behind the copy is the average user can't quote a locked post since obviously they can't post on the thread itself thus copy was the only option.

 

Because you wouldn't have the direct button on the quote leading to where the quote was taken from, I guess

I think PM's must just be classified as posts somewhere

 

Can you not just hit reply, then copy the quote after you are redirected?
