Banned but not sure why

Got banned sometime within the last 15-20 hours, haven't been active on sythe so i'm not sure why.

Any moderator respond to this and let me know, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Can you unban so it'd be easier to post? I'd like to give a moderator the 10m so theres no trouble paying back the scammer

 

Would like to meet a moderator in-game to give them the 10m to refund rsps trapper/the red monster
Would also like to be unbanned so it'd be easier to communicate

 

Sorry staff doesn't hold GP. I gave you the following options:

• refund rsps trapper
• refund his scam victims

You failed to refund any of them and did not communicate the refund status while I gave you 24 hours to resolve it. Resolve this as soon as possible and I will unban you.

I have the money right now to refund him and i've messaged him twice on skype now with no reply, i feel like it's unfair for me to be banned right now even though I'm trying to refund him.

Also, i was offline for about 20 hours & during this time is when you had stated i had 24 hours to refund and when i came back i was banned. Not that it matters, but you banned me an hour before my 24 hours was up meaning if i was banned on time, i would have been able to reply to the thread and let you know what was going on.

 

Refunded rsps trapper/the red monster 8m - stated this is all he wanted and he'd count it as a full refund
