User "ikov sales" scammed me

The user scammed me for 5billion on ikov2/runelive.
The agreed price was 700k rsgp/bill runelive
He never paid me the coins, blocked me on skype, and hasnt contacted me again.

5 billion is such a low amount compared to the amount I typically sell but I think you guys should still know he is in fact a scammer
