    Very strange as he has a home IP match with two separate users that live far apart from one another. Looking into this at the moment as I have the contact information of the user who created the account (original owner of the account that is, which are the ones listed here - Ceil / Ogulkan / Best_Undenkin - Fake vouching). Will update this shortly.

Extended ban from 2 weeks (currently 2 weeks for the fake vouching report seen above) to 4 weeks for account sharing + banned @Ceil permanently as that account is unsafe, and if the user wishes to recover that one in the future, then he can do so here - Account Recovery & Creation.
