Middleman Applications?

[Analog]

I was wondering where I could create my application for MM. Are there any post restrictions or requirements that must be filled before you begin your MM application. Hopefully someone in the community can help me out.

The MM applications have been closed for now.

You can create a MM services thread in the services forum.
Go to the Runescape Black Market > User Services > Mm Services

The MM applications have been closed for now.

Do you have any knowledge about the applications being reopened.
