Purchased an ironman account from @Michael1990 around 2 years ago and got banned. Noticed that a similar account was being listed under a near identical name on PlayerAuctions. Turns out he recovered the account and is now re-listing it on both Sythe and PlayerAuctions. I confronted him about it and asked that he return the account or refund me if he wishes to keep it. His point of view is that since it was banned under my watch it is fair for him to recover and claim ownership to the account as it would have been unusable otherwise. This sounds like a scam to me, hence the report.
