Not really, Elvemage is pressing charges. James can get fined and spent a few years in jail. That is if Elvemage gets substantial evidence. I think it was pretty sad to be honest, he started a new style of pking. Even though he did lure/scam people they were stupid enough to fall for it, he probably didnt even expect someone to go through such great lengths. He'll probably be back anyways, point is that ddosing/hacking is just plain sad.
