Meza scammed 53m

Ordered a pest control service and Questing from meza last night
I paid him 53M, it's now 20 hours later and he hasn't started it yet.
I asked for a refund but he's unwilling to give me one.
The only thing that he's done on the account is moved it to edgeville & put all my untradeables in inventory and all my wealth after i checked when he was having suspicious behavior and kept pushing off my account, which hasn't gained a single xp nor any pest control points.
