Report/post/reason that got you banned: Employee's were not under my control, I took responsibility.
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: No-one was scammed.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: A newly hired employee attempted to get someone to "card" a laptop/iphone 5 for their personal use.
"Ooga" then reported me and apparently I had to take the responsibility for my employee's actions.
Note I believe this was close to a year ago; Also, no-one was scammed so there is no-one for me to "pay back".
