Merching fail??

the best thing to do would have been to buy them when the bxp weekend was announced, then sold them super high to people like you that bought them right before the weekend hoping to make a good profit...


Basically right now just wait for them to go back up again...At least closer to when you bought them

 

I dont think you guys understand that the prices actually started to drop during bxp weekend, That is because people started making pots for the extra xp -.-...so buing it before the weekend started would be a bad idea, and selling it before the weekend would make no type of profit. You obv dont understand the merch.

 

That's how it used to be...But now, bxp is a common merch time...Even people who don't merchant at all, try it on bxp weekend...

They would have made you a profit if you bought them around the time the bxp was announced and then sold to people buying them for bxp weekend. You could have tried to dump them during the start/middle of bxp weekend, but that is when EVERYONE is dumping them...So you would have had a huge chance of not being able to sell them and getting stuck with them...

But they were rising before bxp weekend, because like I said, people were investing in them...If you bought them a while ago, then you still would have made a good profit selling before the weekend starts

 

ditto to above, its blue chip investment, hold them worst comes worst you have a large amount of money in a few long term items. but if you sell out now you lose out say 35 mil and you only get back say 65mil. You may re coup your lose in a month or two. And maybe make your cash back. If you do sell out and merch with that 65 mil can you make your lose back in 2 months. It really depends on what your best at and how much money you have good luck mate and dont panic worst thing to do is think that you got an item which in your case is not in huge demand however its not as bad as lets say willow logs

 

You should have bought teh pots AFTER bxwp not during. That price would have been relatively high. I would say dump it now and use teh money to flip. The prices will rise again but you can use that money to make more money within the time frame.

 

In November I tried merchanting 77 santas and lost 3b doing so lol
