Breaking Rule 7 (Third Party Software)

I bought gold farming of rs2happy.com and it half complete but i got a temporary 10 day ban for using third party software, does anyone have a appeal to unban the account. For example

Hello, Jagex i was not in control of the account at the time this happened a key logger hacked my computer, can you please check the ips i dont think this ban was fair. The key logger is now gone, i used your anti virus suggest on your main page.
