Whenever I try to sign up for membership it always says payment declined.

I've tried with my dad's credit card, my own personal visa gift card, and my moms credit card, and all of them won't work.

My bank is US Bank, does that have something to do with it? I've always used my dad's card a lot of times before and never had any problems, but why now?

Yes, I have sufficient funds...

Anyone else got ANY help AT ALL to give me? I need to be a member, but all of the sudden it won't let me be one...

Hmm probably has negative credit on the card not sure but thats what I think.
 
I don't want to buy a PIN, and I don't have negative credit.
Whoever tells me how to be able to sign up with my card and it actually works, I'll pay them.
 
Is it a brand new account, they can decline making you a member if they think you've stolen the account.
 
I just now created the account, does it have to be 12 hours old, just like if you wanted to vote in the polls?
 
Also if you can't buy with a CC try by Phone, SMS or you could send the money in by mail. If not just buy a pin from Sythe.
 
Just get a pin, costs like 9.00 or w/e but still you could always trick someone into doing it for you. :p

I don't think so, i made my level 3 a member after i created ages ago without any problems.

My 118 got locked as they suspected i stole it (I bought it) they wouldn't allow me to pay by CC. SMS or PBP should work fine.
 
I'd rather not buy a PIN, I just want to make it a member and be able to forget about it and just play without having to re-subscribe every month.

How does Pay by Phone work?
 
If you mean by using the Runescape official way you go to the membership page, enter the number you're calling from, ring the number listen to like a four minute boring ass bot talking about how good the members is, they'll give you a pin at the end, enter the pin and you're a member.
 
If you buy from Sythe, do the link method. The seller will enter it.
 
I'll do the RuneScape method, but what method do I use for paying if I buy a PIN from RuneScape?
 
Try using all the methods. e.g. Mobile , HomePhone.

That's the only way my parents will allow me to get membership again =\ .

Any other ideas?
Maybe they IP blocked me for creating memberships lol.
