Membership problem SMS

Hi everyone, i got a problem, i cant buy membership, after i push "proceed to Boku", pops up window and says that "We're sorry - your request cannot be processed at this time - please try again later.If you are experiencing a persistent problem relating to payments, please contact us at [email protected]"

This has been going on for about a month+. I have had to revert to using bonds to become member :/ not sure what's going on but contacting them is close to impossible because they have terrible support. but try contacting them. It hasn't been working for a month+ like I said though.

 

Have you used that phone to subscribe to another account via SMS? Sometimes that can be the problem and you have to text them 'STOP' to stop it on another account. Think because SMS is reccurring you can only use it on one account at a time unless you subscribe then cancel.

 

SMS is not a recurring payment.

 

Its possible that Boku doesn't support your carrier?
