Hi i posted a first pardon and as denied so had to wait 7 days so i can post another one, i'd just like to say i'll repay the 10m i scammed in exchange for an unban

He meant it's been seven days and you haven't gained enough support. Try again in 6 months.

Also, a pardon doesn't mean you just pay the guy you scammed back and are allowed back that easily. You pay the user back then submit a pardon where you admit to your scam and the staff may or may not decide to allow you back.
