Being gay against nature?

Ive never been one to hang around gays or associate with them. I must admitt when i was in school i downright made their life hell when i could. I think it was because i couldnt understand what would make you want to do that. I thought it was against nature. I thought they we're all loud obnoxious im gay n proud faggots. You kno the ones wearing rainbows and shit. When i was 21 i went to work for ford and 1 of my managers was gay. I didnt know for 6 months until a couple of guys we're joking about it. He was a good friend of mine, my boss and generally a really cool dude. It was then that i learned to accept gays. He told me all about his struggle and how he was married with 2 kids wife ect... But how he couldnt stop the demon inside him telling him he was gay. Even tho i dont work for ford anymore i still consider him a good friend. My views have changed as i got older and i feel consideribly bad about my actions as a teenager. I still prefer to avoid gays and their events because im not comfortable around it, though i have stopped my gay bashing ect... just want to hear others opinons and experiences with this. I never thought i would ever consider a gay man to be a friend. Funny how life changes. Laptop i still cant stand you though. your one of those rainbow wearing screaming homo's. that is all

 

It is not. Just that in this world many people tend to judge. They do not care for whats on the inside but rather what is on the out.

 

technically it is "Against nature" to be gay. It really depends how you look at it. I have no problems with them. I don't see why anyone would. It's not your life. I do agree with one thing. I don't have a problem with gays as I think its just like a lifestyle choice and with freedom in the world they should be able to choose how they want to live their life. Potentially the people with homophobia are compensating for something shit in their life, I don't know.

Yeah these guys are annoying. In an effort to make gays acceptable in society, the media portrayed them like this in the media. I think some gays tend to think they have to adhere to this to be "truly" gay but they're just a pain in the ass and need to get over themselves, attention whores.

Yea they tend to have to overcompensate for it. Let me ask you a question one of my best friends older brother is gay and i mean all the way gay. would you take offence to this. His brother went out to dinner dressed like a chick with wig high heels and dress. When their entire family grandma included was their. Not to mention he also went with his grandma into the womens bathroom. I personally would of lit his ass up like a christmas tree. Beat the fag right out of him. But thats just me. I dont care whether people are gay or not. I just believe its completely embarrassing and a total lack of respect for his family. even the kids boyfriend said he hates it when he does that. (His brother lives in cali and performs in drag shows as Maralyn Monroe). he does get paid fat tho but still...

 

I don't have anything about gay people but those guys with high pitched voices and basicly wearing the rainbow stuff you mentioned annoy me. I wouldn't beat up someone for doing whatever they like though. They must have a reason and I respect them for doing what they really feel like doing. But it still annoys me some times.

I respect a lot of gays. It takes a lot of courage to openly be gay when there are a lot of people who will hate you for it. Would I ever hang out with a gay male? Probably not.

 

DaVinci, Shakespeare, hell even Apollo (according to Greek mythology) was interested in men. The drag stuff and the overly flamboyant, obnoxious "gays" are just looking for attention if you ask me. Either that or they've got some un-resolved childhood issues. Other than that I think it's about time people get used to homosexuality. It's eventually going to become commonplace and there's nothing anyone can do about it without encroaching on the people's right of expression

 

You're obviously still a gay-basher. Being gay is not against nature, let's face it. People are born with a sexual orientation, whether it be straight, homosexual, bi-curious, whatever it may be. But do you notice how I say people? Yes, gay's are people too. The society you were raised in obviously taught you that "gay is not the way". To treat people so foully, is disgusting. Why would you want to make someone's life miserable just because of they're orientation, and how they choose to live their life? Because it's not what society thinks is right? Way to follow the crowd. I like the fact how you stated that you didn't even know your boss was gay, until you found out. That just proves that your vision has been tampered with by society - you immediately labeled him differently at him once you discovered this fact. Gays are very admirable people, having the courage to go out into the world and face people who look down upon them every day, like yourself. Perhaps you should have a more open-mind on the world, and take a second thought before you ruin someones life. I have several gay friends, and will stand up to them by all means. Simple because they are people too.

Thankfully the world is starting to come to realize this, and hopefully one day everyone will have the same view as I do.

i obviously am bias to this situation because i know the individual. Hes been asked not to do it out of respect for his family. He does it to stir up anything he can. THeres nothing wrong with being gay and i understand my comments might offend gays but their actions have consequences as well. If you know your openely disrespecting your family and they acknowledge your gay doesnt mean you have to take it to the next level.

btw my vision on my ex boss hasnt changed hes still a good friend because he understands he's gay but doesnt have to tell every single person it.

 

I guess people forget that this is the united states of america and your free to do what ever you want, (law regulated). I have 2 half brothers, one is gay and one is married with kids. The gay one is the best brother i could have ever asked for and the married one is a prick. one of the reasons i joined the service was to protect our freedoms. Its not because hes gay that i dont like him. for years he's done shit to get a riseout of anthony and piss him off. I dont hate gays i just hate his brother. Nothing wrong with being gay, but they don't deserve special treatment.. Some colleges give scholarships for being gay, and some give scholarships for being black, I think all this shit is idiotic. I don't care if you're gay, act like everyone else and quit with the stupid accent.

 

I agree with KMJT, it takes a lot of balls to admit it, and take on all of the pressure that is associated with being gay. That aside, I cannot stand people that flaunt it, people that will put you down for making gay jokes etc.

Maybe it's just some of the homosexuals that I've associated with, but it almost seems like nearly everything I say is an attack on their sexuality. I'm a vulgar guy, so are all of my friends. I make racist jokes all of the time, and none of my friends mind, they actually poke fun at my race as well.

Then again, I also dislike any people who are openly cocky and feel like the whole world is attacking them, but it just seems like most homosexuals fit in that group.

I am in no way against homosexuality, but to answer the OP, yes I do think it's unnatural. If it wasn't then two guys or two females would be able to produce children, it's simple as that. I'm not saying they can't love each other, it's just not "natural" so to say.
