As I said, I'm looking for positive feedback and constructive criticism.
Thanks!

That's a pretty nice Les Paul you have. I wonder what kind of amp you got. I have a Raven RG20 for my Black Les Paul you see in the picture. Is that an Epiphone or Gibson. Well pretty good playing. Did you learn by ear? I thought that song was payed with a banjo though (which I also play).

Its an Epiphone Les Paul. My amp is a Traynor DG15. I learned most of the song by ear then looked up tabs for parts that I couldn't figure out, and also fixed my hand positions from the tabs. The song is played on the banjo, but I can't play the banjo, but I may learn it some time from my father(My father is a banjo pro, hes been playing for 25+ years, but he plays bluegrass).

Thanks for the feedback! :)

Just out of Curiosity who are some of your favorite guitarists. I like John Fogerty, Roger McGuinn, Ian D'Sa, and Don McLean. Mostly old music and some new stuff. Well my dad has like 7 Guitars, and one day I decided I'd take one of his crappy acoustics and just learn to play. Then my dad gets me a Epiphone when I get good enough. I must say your amp gets really good distortion.

Some of my favourite guitarists are Dave Mustaine(Megadeth), Slash(GnR), Noodles(The Offspring), Joe Strummer/Mick Jones(The Clash), Ann/Nancy Wilson(Heart), All of the guitarists from Iron Maiden, Eric Clapton(Cream), Pete Townshend(The Who), and a few others that I can't really think of right now.

Also, I think my amp sounds a bit better on video than in real life, but it is pretty good.

Nicely done the only things I have to say about it are what I said in msn.

What other songs are you planning on doing in the future?

Probably a few songs by The Offspring, maybe 96 Quite Bitter Beings by CkY when I practice it more. I'll probably post another cover of Killing in the Name as well, I've improved since my last video for that song.

Not bad but kinda messy. Count bro, count.

Dropkick plays it solid every time

Thanks for the feedback. I don't really consider myself good enough to be in the Dropkicks, but I appreciate the tip.

added genocide
most likely adding killing in the name and gotta get away tomorrow.

due to sudden illness over the last 2 days i havent been able to post any more, but i'll try to get one tomorrow.

Try and play something by In Flames for me :D

i.e. My Sweet Shadow, Take This Life etc.

haha
1. not my type of music
2. no where near skilled enough :P

i've never really been one for chords (besides power chords), but i've commited to getting to know them to expand my ability to play guitar. hopefully i'll get a new song up soon!
