those are real good for any purpose. in the U.S. you can get them at virtually any bank, and most banks don't care if you're a member of them or not. it'll cost you 3-4 bucks, but it beats having your parents yell at you or get caught with their card =D

Anyways, that's pretty sad. If your parents don't want you playing Runescape,
