• Report/post/reason that got you banned: Ban evasion - Firstly banned for scamming - The incident was that I traded an account for an account and 25m and the person I traded with recovered their account so I recovered mine too as I was scammed, I later paid 25m back to Azie so i could be unbanned and I was ignored on skype for months until I made this sythe account (probably not the right thing to do, but i've not done anything wrong since)
• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I have no proof of the trade as it was many months ago http://prntscr.com/i9u4ft Literally in June and I never got a response after messaging many times.
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Just ban evasion, it was the wrong thing to do but I have never scammed or been in trouble since the first incident.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I think i should be forgiven because i've paid my debts and it was such a long time ago, the other player has since also been banned after attempts of scamming me and others and i've had a clean sheet since then, my actions from then on have shown i'm ready to be a member of the community again.
• Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes

I have repayed all my debts and I was in contact with sythe mods on skype for many weeks where i was told I would be pardoned after the review was complete, they never got back to me even after i repayed and messaged them 100 times.

The original ban i received was a misunderstanding after someone recovered an account I bought off them, then I tried to create this account and it worked so I figured I was pardoned and tried to create a clean slate for myself.

Can you please get back to me because since that incident over a year ago I have not done anything wrong nor do I owe anyone money... please take this into consideration.

Scam victim: Rob White
This could either go to community repayment or Rob White's scam victim.
I'll have to confirm this with @Azie, please be patient.

#2 Ban Eilmere for account sale scam

Scam victim: ???
I'll have to confirm this with @Charlotte what happened in that mess there.
Or feel free to explain this yourself.

I've contacted Azie off of Sythe to try and expedite the confirmation of payment for the dice scam.

As for the account scam- you never gave back the 70m to Sevi134. He was not the user who recovered the account so he never scammed you.

 

On that note, Azie does not remember so I’m waiting for positive confirmation. I’ll note that if there is no proof anywhere, we cannot take word for repayment and you may need to pay that scam forward. I’ll post when I have something more solid.

 

So as there has been no proof found on our end, unfortunately if you have already paid and can not find proof (chat logs or actual payment), we are gonna have to ask you to repay again. Nothing from azie and there’s nothing I can do about that.
