I'm trying to login to my sythe account so I can buy some osrs gold.

When I try and login my old password I used didn't work so I went to reset the password but Im not receiving any emails from sythe

my email is working so I am not sure if it is something on your guys end.

Please request from your home IP -

As the account is quite old and the information is limited, the only way for this recovery to be successful is if you can post two pictures:
1) a picture of your ID next to your face to match the registered birthday on the account.
2) a picture of your ID with this post in the background.

Please keep in mind to make a new thread and i'll merge them once i've redacted sensitive information.
