In 2019 i placed an order"
There was an issue with myself so it was never delivered.
I closed my paypal today due to my business being shut down and after checking receipts i saw a payment to this site.The livechat says there was a refund placed today, to the paypal the order was made from. And manager says theres a refund issued 2 years ago
There was never an refund issued.
Now the manager says its paypals fault and i should contact them. I did but they cant help me either since there was no refund given by them.

Now they refuse to deliver the order or pay me back.
Later today i can provide visa receipts.

What exactly do you want a picture off?

 

Everything. You need pictures of paypal, livechat, conversations with the seller, etc. to substantiate your claims.

May I report this guy for attempting to scam?
I checked his order history on our website, he disputed a transaction after it was delivered and paypal favored us. Because we didn't lose money we let it go. But the buyer now makes another false accusation. Lucky I was able to gain access to that paypal (was perm limited long time ago).
