I was TWCed because a newcommer reported me with no proof. This is not fair. I already told Superman that he tried selling me a account and he kept trying to rush me. Also he kept locking the account and i said that i dont wanna buy it and now i get TWCed..

 

This PM response in particular is why I gave you the TWC

You assumed he was going to scam you so you counterscammed? That's not how it works, that's not a fair assumption to make at all. If you felt rushed, you didn't have to trade him and it's literally that simple.

I say it stays till you can prove that you're someone we can feel safe having on this site.

Nvm it was some other mod i messaged. I messaged quatakai. And i didnt counter scam him. I never bought his account. I never had the account in my possession because the time i had it, it was locked because we both agreed on a recovery test. The recovery test never worked, idk if he gave me fake info or it just didn't work and after it didn't work he kept rushing me, so i just ignored him. I really need this TWC off my account, cause no one will trade me.

 

Can you do me a favor and report that PM you sent to Quatakai? In the report box, put "For Superman."

I just realized that i sent messages to Dave too and he never responded to them. I reported the message i sent to Dave and quatakai.

 

In the first PM, you lie and say you already had explained it to me. In both PMs you only ask why you were given the TWC (and say it was given for no reason, which leads me to believe you do know why you were given the TWC).

I had actually talked to Dave and quatakia and I meant to mention one of them. I mentioned your name instead by mistake. I said that hes a newcommer with no proof and I was surprised when I got TWCed. He had his account when he reported me and he said that I had hacked his account. I dont see why I have been TWCed when he had no proof that I hacked his account. I had been talking to him for two days when we were trying to do the recovery test. If i had hacked his account, I would have just ignored him and taken his account. Instead I told him i would lock the account and he agreed to that. The recovery test never worked so I didn't buy his account. The reason why he reported is cause he was pissed of that I didn't pay him. Like i already told him beginning of the trade, that i will need a recovery test and he failed to provide me one.

 

Can somebody please look at this. I cant even trade with people on here with a TWC. I have been TWCed for scamming with no proff by a newcommer. Doesnt make sense.

 

The TWC will remain. Go get some vouches and then come back and try to dispute this in no earlier than a month.
