Recently had the account made for him yet it is an IP match with a banned user - did the other user even get looked at before the account got made?

i cant make an account says a name is associated already

@Shin had created me an Account, cause I am not an Evader, i am posting from a home IP. I have not been on this site, as this is my first Account.

 

As i was just looking over the guy's profile, this was one of his emails: [email protected]
As that is not me, an can prove it. There is many other's who have had problems creating Accounts due to someone else using there IP, why do you think I was able to create my Account? Because @Shin he had dug up information, an seen it was not me.

 

Shin is sure they are not the same person. Closing this. Thanks though.
