If you have just quit members and have no room in your bank account to store logs, fish or metal ores and dont want to drop your stuff then just follow these steps to get your logs etc noted (or sell them for top dollar).
(from now on i'll be using yews as a reference)
Cut 28 yews and go to the grand exchange.
Put them up for sale at the grand exchange (make sure you set them at top end of market value).
Now you need an item, any item (so that the logs wont fit into your inventory).
Go back to exchange desk and cancel your trade (red button). Because of the extra item, the logs wont fit in your inventory and you'll get them returned to you noted.
Drop extra item.
Cut 27 more logs (cant cut 28 because of noted logs)
Go back to the grand exchange.
Once there you need to drop the logs noted previously (otherwise they will be put up for trade instead of the ones you just cut)
Put the logs up for trade again (remember to set for full price)
As soon as the logs are up for trade, pick up the noted ones.
Get another item (so logs wont fit in your inventory)
Cancel trade again.
Hey presto more noted logs.
Repeat
