To begin this report it's going to be simple,
Qemo last dispute or attempt of dispute perfectly aligns with when the profile of achilles was created Qemo requesting DNT , his profile was created 4 days after. If we also count qemo post outside of Dispute form it aligns perfect with his last attempt Qemo requesting DNT , despite this next sentence being an assumption, I'd assume he realized he had no chance of coming back and made the new profile. knowing about twc with caution rule and camping behind a VPN.

Both user seems to based around the spam forums with both of there highest post count's being in the spam forums:

yea i understand where you are coming from, But awarding a Competition winner because they have competed for a year straight isn't winning It is just taken part, Where i personally think people like @Time Crunch Derseve something because he helps keep the community safe with reporting ban evaders + Scamming even though he can be a right dick, How is that not right to award him something? It gives people an incentive to help Mods out when they don't have the time to look for those people thereselfs.

Now if we browse through both of them we see this common mistake that both users partake in. with this being said both user's of there grammars is extremely bad, I only link once post but feel free to go through them all and you see exactly what I mean.

Notice something? neither user knows how to correctly use the letter I in a sentence.
They both also have worse fucking grammar than me.

With this being said they both show a high tendency to troll outside of spam forums, I believe we have a match but still not confident this report will go through because of the vpn and lack of evidence.

Hello, sorry for posting but I want to add something that may or may not be relevant.

Here you can see @Taking accusing Achilles which were presumably doing a service for an earlier client of @Taking of cleaning the clients bank, any old member would of known that this can not be proved. As a service provider you MUST inforn clients to empty all valueables from bank which I can only assume @Achilles12 did not.

Would also like to add that @Achilles12 donated 50$ to sythe the very first day he joined.

While this lines up perfectly, it's not enough to say for sure he's Qemo. What is obvious however is him being a ban evader and since he's had a shitload of time already to properly dispute his TWC from a home IP I'm just going to issue a DNT on him. @Achilles12 may dispute this TWC from a home IP at anytime, though I do want to see picture proof of a bill he's received from his internet provider aswell.

What you're describing here belongs in the scam report section, not here. Please do not derail someone's thread to report him for something that's irrelevant to the topic at hand; in this case him being reported for ban evading.
