Briefly explain the trade: 40$ for his runescape account , name was suksu pk , display name was play rich

How they scammed: i was told those questions were mysteriously set 2-3 years ago and he didnt remember the answers , i played for an hour , was kicked from runescape and he had the password changed and recovered , please have him banned asap 40$ is alot of money , he also had me send it as a gift , so i couldnt dispute it and get my money back
