You have zero proof of any characters with 99s or even a price you need to max an account and then say no spam when these are legitimate questions to be asked for your service.

I'm doing everything I can to stop a member of Sythe being scammed for a lot of money. I'll continue to warn people as you are a scammer, or attempting to at least. Report me all you want, you're the guy getting the TWC. I'll take a few infractions if it means someone doesn't lose $600+ of their hard earned money.
