Maxed Reset Turmoil Price check

I've heard that Jagex has now made turmoil require a certain defence level, to prevent it from being used by reset accounts. I have a feeling that this is faked. And yes, my source is very accurate.. And I know for a fact that they did so for vengeance, so why wouldn't they for turmoil?

Then again, I/he could be wrong. I'll double check.

lmfao only thing they remove was vengeance like a year ago but... everything else works
 
I remember when botting was bad, and got you banned.

Now botting can boost your account price $200+ depending on stats/def level.
