    Maxed out someone else's account?
    As long as the account is still active (log on at least once in ~60 days) you should be fine. Especially if you have members info from 2 years ago.

    I'm pretty sure it would be took back already if he was capable of doing so, especially if he already said he wanted it back a couple years ago, that basically tells you that he already tried to take it back..
