maxed ags pure rental

i got a maxxed ags with all untradables and maxed house w/obelisk and ancient altar i figured i could put up for rent since i'm not using it right now (i'm also trying to sell it)

looks like people are only renting maxed mains for 2-3m/hr which is nuts but i guess i would be willing to rent this acc out for maybe like 10m per two weeks (you gotta buy a bond)
