    Maxed 60 attack/50 attack
    50 attack is better if you want to sell it.
    Getting maxed out on 50 attack is far more work than 60. (+always gives people the option to get 60 themselves anyways)
    Price wise, i'm not expert but i dont see anyone else commenting, so i'll have a go;

    130-150m i'd say, presuming no firecape. Add 30m for fcape ish
