End game maxed account

account is max caped 1b xp only thing it needs is somebody to use it.

Account has been un-used for over 5 months now 'check player log'
Account has no real offenses other than a bit of bad language from 2016
Reason for sale: moved on took on another challenge for rs07 maxing on there now im not sure on what price i'd want for it, i would be happy to accept anything on 07 that'd help towards skills =-) Pics below
