Public-False Advertising.

So This guy here Public states he's buying "almost every account you don't need" he had a look at all my accounts said no because i was the original owner guessing cuz he thinks ill recover it, He then says he'll buy my max main, stalls for 3 days, gets on skype gets verification from divica that the account was theres, Learns that i have the creational info which i was going to give him and backs out of the deal, He then changes his mind 10 mins later and says he'll buy the account, asks for my pp email, then backs out again, He's false advertising majorly bad, He's only buying accounts owned by highly trusted members or originally owned by high trusted members, Requesting his thread be changed or removed as it is clearly false advertising.

oh get over it. do you call up retailers that offer the "best prices" in real life and complain that other retailers are offering goods for less? he's not obligated to do business with you because of his advertising campaign.

 

The fact is if someone is "offering best price guarantee" or along those lines its binding in writing, simple as. I've worked in customer service before and dealt with an issue similar where a customer was not happy because it had the best price available tag on it, They went into another store and saw it cheaper we were liable to refund the difference as it is a guarantee we stand by and stick to, but i guess ill just "get over it". rofl.

 

okay, if you can find me legal text explaining that advertising on sythe is legally binding i'll do something about it. otherwise just ignore him
