Mature/Flame section.

I have noticed on alot of the cheating sites there are mature and flame sections for users to vent their frustration at stuff without being banned for flaming other people.

So i think making such a section would prevent people from being banned and give people a section to relax and laugh at.

I'd be in there alot, atleast it might clear up random flaming in forums. But then there might be acqusations in there.. Example FUCKING FAGGOT(name here) SCAMMED ME ARGGGGGG!
