    I requested a UI change and Matthew send me a PM, saying it was accepted and modified with all the stuff.

    I checked my UI but it didn't get change...

    Should I submit a new request or reply to his PM?

    He added your new pinkish one but didn't remove the old one. You have two UIs now, so just PM him and nicely ask for the white one to be removed.

    Oh no, the old one is gone - all he needs to do is clear his cache to refresh the images :) There's no need to PM Matt.
