Matthew, PayPal Please?

Hey. PayPal has been disabled for quite a while now. I personally don't know what's wrong and how hard it has to be fixed, but would you mind describing in detail what's going on and how long it actually takes to fix?

You're losing a lot of donations over it.

 

I heard something like someone donated A LOT using paypal and then claimed it back or some shit. Maybe that's why it's closed again.

 

Well it's not like they lose money over that. Better than having none at all.

 

I know if we had this method left still. I could've easily donated $50.

Yeah I want to donate, But All I really want to use for it is Paypal. Please bring it back.

Matthew said something was wrong with the charge system or something.

 

Will it ever be fixed though? I doubt it would take this long unless they're waiting for PayPal to fix it, or something close to that.

 

Maybe something happened to their PayPal account?

 

I doubt it. They could easily get a new one.

 

Well then, I guess we'll just have to wait for this to blow over.

my friend, he was on here, he donated and then got banned so he said he claimed it back.

Probably why they shut it down then.

 

They do not lose money, but having money charged back ruins plans for the future and budgeting. Money that was spent still is spent, Matthew cannot charge back his purchases because he was charged back on. If this situation happened, it means that Matthew spent money out of his pocket for Sythe, which is not fair to him.

I don't know if Paypal will be an option for donating again, but if it is, it should not allow non-verified Paypal accounts to donate.

 

2 month waiting period should be in play...

 

Why not create a new PayPal and not spend the money for 60 days, until it is confirmed it will not be charged back.

 

It would be nice if while trying to donate, someone contact you after they said they would.
