Link of accused attempted scammer : basbassibas

So story is, I'm buying OSRS GP, this dude approaches me, I'm surprised as fuck that someone with a shop is selling so cheap. I go on the site of his and check and he messages me confirms it's actually him on skype, so at first hes like i got 100m, I say i need 230mil he says he got it its fine.

Essentially he confirms he is broke with no gold left (all his mules and accs perma banned) <= get fucked retard btw

He also hosted a "fake giveaway" maybe his intentions were true, but he did indeed not pay the winners etc since he became broke and lost 20k$ (get fucked btw)

So he's trying to use his rep to get me to go first in a trade, I asked if we can use OMM several times, I made sure he confirms his skype first so I get more proof for a scam report since it was obvious he tries scam. He says how vouches he is with his 500$ donator which in reality is worthless compared to the 200$ he tried to scam off me.


He was reluctant to message me off his acc saying this is indeed his skype since he obviously wants to get away with the scam, but eventually he caved. After he rejected the OMM since its a waste of time apparently even though i would cover fees. I ask for him to prove to me he own 230mil and he claims thats another waste of time. to which I reply saying hes a scammer etc I saw his post etc etc and hes a retard blah blah.

Ban this kid, I know he donated like 400ish mil GP but that shouldn't be relevant he is attempting to exit scam since he has no other choices his moneymaking in runescape is gone, and gone for good.

TL;DR BasBassiBas lost 20k$ (HAHAHAH DESTROYED) attempts to exit scam using his rep to an advantage, fails, plenty of proof etc above.

He literally pm's you his skype ID. The skype ID's dont match ?

This was most likely done by the impostor you were talking to pretending to be you and tell Bass what to send him (you).

 

Didn't even look, guess that's why he was rejecting to PM the skype, but agreed on a confirmation code, still kinda irrelevant when the other confirmation codes are exactly correct

 

This happens a fair bit. The person talking to you sees that you're buying gold. They impersonate you and the gold seller. They get the real seller to pm you, thinking it's you talking to them on skype, when it's actually the impostor.
