I do it because to be honest, i am kinda addicted to it lol. Max i have gone without masturbating was 2 days, and every time i saw a decent looking ass or big tits i had the biggest hard on.

I masturbate probably daily, and i am sure i sometimes do it 2 - 3 times a day, there might have been a time i did it 4 times lol. But that was when i was young and strong, that was when i was 14 i am now 16.

But i must admit i never masturbate twice in the same day about the same thing and in the same place. It's always like, computer, bathroom, and sometimes a magazine.

I think that a healthy amount would be around 2-3 times a week. Why I say this is because the stuff inside your body is not meant to be kept there naturally, it is made to come out. Now, if we are talking marraige, you should just go get some action from your spouse instead of doing it yourself, because that was the way God made it. (Don't know your guys' religious views, but oh well.)

1- okay for the view part, i say it's a required natural thing people do, it feel's great, but the next day ur not gona be like "that was a great night last nite!" in front of every1, people do it in privacy cuz there not proud of it, if they were theyd go in middle of town where everyone is, and start doing it, that would b just creepy... but yah people do it, nothing we can do 2 stop it, i find it kinda gross even tho sometimes i have urges i cant control...

2- eh i'd say maybe like once a day is the american average, i do it when i have super urges like maybe 1-2 every other day so id say maybe 5 times a week for normal ppl, 25 times a week for perverts (just my estimate lol)

Masturbation is a everyday part of any person's life. But, like everyone has said completely that it does help you in a way. It's 'Cleans out the pipes' and keep your sexual interest alive and kicking. I guess it's just all in the way it's done really.
