MASSIVE scam by Pepsigold and Bravos

Explanation of the trade: Pepsigold was referred to me by RSGoldstop to whom I made several websites at this point. After several thousands of back and forth messages with Pepsigold and Bravos I completed Buy Runescape Gold from the industry leading vendor Pepsigold!

Amount scammed: 1000+ EUR

How they scammed: Pepsigold added me via discord and then added Bravos. After thousands of Discord messages, I finished the website. However, the payment was never sent and it really started to look like they don't want to pay at all, as I gave numerous deadlines for the payment (the last one was yesterday/Friday). I started investigating and it looks like they engineered the whole thing so that they can scam me and take the website for free, but this is just my speculation at this point.

I realize that Pepsigold ID that I was talking to is different than the one used in the Pepsigold Discord channel, but Bravos acted as if it was really Pepsigold for weeks. And also this Pepsigold also knew things that are extremely sensitive like login details to their Shopify account, etc... I have no doubt they are all in it in some way or the other.

Additional facts:
-The website is on my WHM/cPanel (Hosting) account
-The domain pepsigold.ga that Is used to develop the website is mine as well (So that their Shopify website can function while I develop)
-There are many highly repped people on Sythe and EpicNPC that will attest that I'm indeed a legit developer with over 600 feedback (on EpicNPC)
-I have all the website files (How can a "third party" like me have all the website files if I didn't develop it?)
-A payment of 100 USD came from their PayPal [email protected] (Deposit, otherwise I wasn't gonna give WordPress admin access at all)

Besides how would it even be possible for someone else to scam this website out of me that the real Pepsigold and Bravos are using?

Hello - I don’t know about the situation with another Pepsi, I’ve ALWAYS spoken with Pepsi#7156 on discord and can prove tons of screenshots if necessary.

No one is claiming that you made a whole website for an imposter, that’s absurd and makes no sense, you made the website for the correct people, I myself don’t understand what’s going on with the other stuff as I never handled financials etc, I honestly thought you got paid weeks ago.

 

@Novun In order to hold Bravos liable for the debt, we would need to know if he was a co-owner or proof the agreement for payment was made with him as well. I know Dr Pepsi called him his partner but I would need solid proof he actually is; this is something Dr Pepsi can provide if he is claiming that Bravos is his partner.

It doesn't matter what Discord was used because ultimately the website you created is being used with the domain owned by Dr Pepsi. If there is a dispute with this, there are plenty of ways we can handle proving it. I doubt there will be a dispute with this though.

I've DNT'd @Dr Pepsi for now. What is the ETA on payment?

 

Yes, it seems the multiple Pepsi Discords might just be a Discord error and it's not really relevant to the dispute anyway.

I don't understand how the PepsiGold organization works or who is or isn't a part of it.
I only spoke to Pepsi and Bravos. Bravos was requesting changes/updates to the Pepsigold website just this Wednesday so I assumed he is a part of PepsGold. I don't know who handles their money.

Obviously, Pepsigold himself should pay me if he is responsible for it.

I will wait for Pepsi's response in this thread as well.

Payment had been made. The dispute can be closed and DNT can be removed from Pepsi.
