Massive Ban?

Why, the only reason would censor is because it's fake, you have no reason to protect a Jagex's mod name, unless it was fake and you didn't want to fake all of it. Besides, if it isn't from the Main Runescape forum, where's it from? Updates?

 

single person autoing isn't bad its the 50 players for one person that ticks me off!!!!!!!

 

i dont auto so i wont lose anything from this i kinda hope they do ban them tho its kinda out of hand the autoing thats going on now and when they do get banned they can always start a new one to auto on =\ so its not going to help a hole lot i think.

Haha, same. I don't want users to get banned, but people are abusing bots now. Look back at RSC, when everyone basically auto'd. Things weren't bad, prices started steady, and people rarely auto'd 24/7. Now people are logging into multiple accounts at once, and autoing them all. When things go to that level, I think the players need to be banned, they're effecting Runescape far too much.

Well banning all those autoers would be a good things. It'd get rid of all the noobs who make a level 3 charter with default cloths and a crappy name. People who have taken the time to level and "disguise" their autoing accounts should be fine. They wouldn't need spy ware or anything to be able to find noobs autoing. Just look at any non mem world at the yews behind Varrock castle or the willows at Draynor. Plenty of level 3 autoers there. Plus Jagex can read people thoughts so they don't need spy ware. Thats why I always wear my tin foil hat while playing RS.

Lol at all the people calling it a fake. Why would someone waste their time faking something like that. I'd guess he censored out the mods name becuase he's paranoid about Jagex looking on these kinds of sites and being able to narrow down who they sent that response too.

Maybe this will raise rare prices like it did last time.

The macroers that they're talking about are the lvl 3's that are running around with jap names.. They all run on a program called RSDemon.. And plus, if you want to report bots, at least download BotCatcher for scar and it reports all lvl 3s with default clothes and what not..

I realy don't think they will do much of anything... The dumb ass autoers will be banned but they are already.... And this is funny to me.. Most autoers are nonmebers and they will make no money from this... OMG they don't care about money for once...

 

They say on forums that they ban like 8K Macroers a week I think this is possible because i add all the macroers i report i got about 80 on my list and there are only 5 online max so it looks like they are actually doing something.

 

they still wont do a massive ban it will be like all the lame updates rs has had recently it may be just a post on the rs site and they say to stop and theyll ban maybe 100 macroners at the most

 

i say bs! jagex also said they fixed the duel arena glitch that the tainted ones used.. wen they put no movmenet on and knocked the person back and hally'ed them... it isnt fixed but they lied about that... so y wouldnt they be lying this time?
