Aww, I'm sorry for you man. Yet you shouldn't blame the developers of Rsbots.net; their bots are splendid. Looks like you just botter too much / got bad luck!

 

I don't think there was a mass ban, just their normal time of the month to ban. None of my accounts got banned and I've been botting 24/7 on some of them for a month.

My account just got banned. I'm doing the whole "emailing JaGeX posing as a parent" thing.

 

Botting Soulwars or Hunter at the moment will get you banned.

 

I've been using sw bot and mining bot on my accounts, no bans yet. Sucks you got nailed :s

A f2p noob miner of mine got banned, but I'm not too sure whether the incidents are connected.

My main is still going strong.

I think I might consider getting my next 99 legit instead of botting it.

 

Soulwars has been causing lots of attention lately.

All i know is my main which i bot 10hrs + a day with 99 mining and 99 agility so far is perfectly safe. Some days i manual break for no more than 20mins , some days i don't.

 

Dont bot in populated areas.. It's not that hard.

 

I've been botting at least 10 hours a day at mining guild for the past couple of weeks and no ban except I will be stuck in a random for about an hour but then I will finish it and continue playing and then talk to people there for like 10 mins then no more randoms for a couple of days.

 

Never tried SW bot, didn't buy it after I heard a lot of people getting banned. For hunter, problem with that is it's a clicking thing, where you don't have time to watch a movie or do something like woodcutting. So when someone asks you your hunter level, or says "your botting" or something like that, they will expect an answer unless you really are botting.

The reason most people don't get banned for woodcutting is because you can say you were watching a movie or eating or about anything while WCing.

When hunting, I always check every 10-20 mins (if I'm on the computer) or couple hours and look for people that are hunting or asking questions, I answer late at times and come up with an excuse. When I see someone near I ask them their hunter level.

World I was in had about 700 people yesterday and there were like 3 people talking to me within a 5 hour period of time, I had a long conversation with one of them. Leaving the hunter bot for 10 hours would get how many people talking to you, and how many of them would report you

I've currently been botting 24/7 on my fishing account. Caught 14k sharks over the last week/2 weeks ive lost count. But everytime I go on I always talk to people, have convo's, and then leave the comp, and come back again after 3 hours, have another convo. + I'm not even using a premium bot, I'm using a free bot from www.rsbot.com, it does most of the randoms, and is pretty legit.

 

I doubt there was a mass ban, you most likely got unlucky.
From my own stash of accounts, none have been banned in over 6 months - 1 yr of botting, and my 24/7 woodcutting project is still going strong. I think the best thing to do is try to look as human as possible. Don't bot 10 hours straight without at least taking a break or two, pming some people, talking in pub chat, and playing a little legit. I've used tons of rsbot/powerbot scripts as well that have never gotten me banned.

 

Here's what happened, I've been botting for 40 minutes so far. 2 people has approached me, world hoppers, 1 said hi and I replied saying Hi after 5 seconds. Then he said Bye (He was probably searching for botters)

Another guy comes along 10 minutes alter, telling the other botter a few steps way from me "stop now". Then a minute later I said "why?" He said "Not you" and then he said "Btw you're lucky you babysit your bot or you would've been dead" then I just said "lol" and he asked for my hunter lvl and left.

I'm sure a lot of people likes these 2 must have approached you while you were afk and botting and probably reported you when you didn't reply then Jagex did an IP check and found you were probably botting 4 accounts and they perma banned it all.

 

Yeah, i dont bot too often but it really just depends on how much attention you bring on yourself. and luck i suppose. but arent there 14 day bans now? instead of perm for botting?

 

no they just recently changed that
since august 4th they went to perm bans first offence now.
