Mass Ban towards botters?

There is going to be a mass ban,

 

Jagex never mentioned they are going to make mass ban in January/February, people who claim that Jagex will make this mass banning are only spreading rumours.

There won't be mass ban.

 

I'd highly doubt it.
They simply cant ban 75% of their customers.

 

they will probably ban A LOT OF PEOPLE before the update and give them all a facepalm haha, they'll have to make new accounts (which they will trust me..) and they're all gonna make it members = jagex profit.

 

I don't think so. Honestly don't. I could be wrong, in that case I hope not lol.

 

this rumor ain't true. there is no legit way of telling if the person is a bot or not.

 

i am not sure about it but 2 of my friends have got there stats reset because of botting...

 

one of the accounts i bot on got reset recently, that doesn't necessarily mean anything, but why didn't they just ban it? i think it's just another "stop botting or we'll ban you" scare tactics.

 

why must sythe be full of these threads? dont u get it the first time u read them. mod mark said they are way to busy updating to be watching botters. after update there well be a new anti botting system

 

That logic would work if jagex didnt have enough employees...and that's only a possibility if they weren't making enough money...But they are making mad cash. Surely they can afford adequate staff members capable of both updating and catching botters.
